They were kind, reassuring, professional and made them both feel completely at ease from the moment they arrived. It made such a difference, especially for a first-time flyer.

One thing I’d say to anyone booking a balloon ride is be patient. It can be frustrating when flights are cancelled, but there’s a very good reason for it. The weather has to be just right – the wind, visibility and sunshine all need to line up perfectly. Living in the UK, you can imagine how rarely those conditions all come together! We had around 20 bookings before we finally flew.

When you’re waiting, remember that if it was your flight, you’d want the pilots to make exactly the same decision. Safety always comes first, and having the perfect conditions makes the experience even more magical.

Once they were up in the air, it was absolutely breathtaking and created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a special experience. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!
